I had debilitating issues with one Achilles tendon and an elbow. Adam Fields and his team diagnosed issues and started various therapies including heat, massage, chiropractic, and electricity. What I appreciated was the “homework” given to me. I have always understood healing as a two-way process where the doctor and the patient have to be involved. Adam taught me how to help my body build tissue and strength through exercises and self massage. Adam is also a great guy. Through small talk, I learned about the dangers of sugary foods for my kids and the methods he uses to protect his own kids, advice on how to give the eulogy for my father, and how important it is to take time off to have fun. I’ve recommended his office to my wife and would do the same for anyone dealing with injuries or other issues related to joints and muscles.

Dr. Adam is the man! I am extremely grateful to have met him and wholeheartedly recommend anyone give him a call if you’re considering visiting a Chiropractor, want to alleviate any kind of pain, or even “traditional” medical issues. I started visiting him years ago to fix my chronic knee pain. Now, knee pain is 99.9% gone! I still visit him on a semi regular basis for preventative maintenance and keep my body and health in tiptop shape. Best money I spend on my healthcare by far is with him! Having Dr. Adam as my doctor has changed my life and I know he can do it for you too! Give him a whirl, you will not be disappointed! Oh and be sure to check out his YouTube videos!!!

I've had back and neck problems forever, and I've gone to Chiropractors for more than 30 years. They would always crack my neck, crack my back, and I'd see them in two weeks. I got relief, but I never got better. Well, Dr. Fields helped me understand that if there's scar tissue or tight muscles that keep my bones from being in the right place, my bones won't change. He and his office use Shockwave to break up the scar tissue, and work to release the tight muscles holding my bones in the incorrect way. I can honestly tell you that I am far more flexible, have much more range of motion, and I'm so much *BETTER* for having seen him!
