Horrible and RUDE Customer service!!! I called to get a Rack & Pinion and spoke to Lane he said they had it in stock. I called back after talking with my customer to see if they could offer a 90 day warranty instead of the 30 days he told me to hold and then came back on the phone and he said the steering racks are finicky and changed his mind about selling me the part and HUNG UP!!! Dont waste your time with Jim's Auto Salvage!!!

Bud up here is just great!! He's one of the best guys out here. He's fantastic. He's been nothing but patient with me. He's been very friendly with me over the phone. Give this man a raise!!! Called in to see availability of a part. They stayed open for me to get the part, with hospitality. Was out of a bind because of their desire to help. Also saved a bundle getting used, reliable parts. They removed, and inspect. Great place to do business.
