DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. EVER. EVER. January 25, 2024 JIMBO & Company picked up our BRAND NEW inTech Trailer from the manufacturer's lot. They delivered it to us in Iowa City. We noticed right away that there was tree scratches down the whole side of the trailer. We took pictures, driver took pictures, we wrote a report on the conditions for the driver and us. We took the trailer, we needed to have it, driver said they would take care of it just give them a call right away, so we did. We called and emailed everything we had. They wanted different things for months. It is now September 25, 2024 and STILL HAVE NOT received any payment from this company of the damages they caused. They have STOPPED emailing back & answering phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (they are getting one star because google gives me no option of less)

Forgot about a ticket I got 5 years ago that disqualifies me from working here. They decided they would tell me I was ok to work there for 2 weeks. Then after hundreds of dollars getting up to Indiana and hundreds of dollars getting my truck, they decide that I won’t be able to work there a day before my orientation. Now I will have to spend hundreds of dollars to get back home. I switched my truck insurance over to their recommended company then had to switch back to my old company. Their paperwork says they go back 3 years not 10. There are plenty of other better companies to work for in Indiana and haul campers. What a waste of time and money!

This company is the best company to use! Staff is so helpful and they were very professional. The driver kept in contact the whole time and the job got done with no problems. Definitely going to use them again!!

I don't know how they treat their clients but I had the unfortunate circumstances of being near one of their drivers near Joplin . Not the safest drivers out there they don't seem to know how to merge nearly causing an accident with a semi and myself.
