Friendly, courteous, and fast. Great to find a local mechanic I can trust. PT2) After dealing with Travis and Dane at the front counter, I am impressed by their professionalism, their Customer Service Oriented attitude; and the way the treat my vehicles and me as a customer. I took one of my trucks to "the Dealer", and was screwed; Jim's automotive is now my "GoTo" place to get ALL my trucks fixed. And, I recommend them HIGHLY. Finding someone who does what they say, follows what you ask, shouldn't be difficult to find. Jim's is my place from now on.

The staff are great, friendly, and very informative. No cutting corners on repairs and they work in a timely manner. They went out of their way to help me find a discontinued part for my truck. They also have a very friendly dog at the shop sometimes, I always say you can trust a shop that has a friendly pup on staff.
