I booked them through Uhaul's website and they called me the same day I made the reservation to discuss the details of the move. They took note of what I wanted and made sure everything was ready the day of the move. The mover, Tyrelle and Louis, were fantastic! Punctual, careful with everything, courteous, and FAST. And it was over 90 degrees out on the day of the move. I was super impressed with them and so grateful for their hard work!

Do not use this company. Very unprofessional and discourteous customer service. Two young guys showed up to load our moving truck and did not use the furniture blankets I provided for them. As a result, my couch, dining table and other furniture was badly damaged during the move. I asked the company how they wanted to handle the damage and they treated me like it was my fault and then resorted to name calling. They eventually settled with me for about 10% of the cost of the damage, but only after I told them I planned to file suit to recover damages. Honestly, the worst part of this whole experience was the email exchange (that they insisted on for communication) where they continued to attack and berate me for requesting that they pay for the damage caused by their untrained loaders. Just a truly horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Louis and Davon really helped me out during my move. They worked tirelessly and got the job done. Yes, I'm sure they are Tetris masters because I was shocked they fit all my stuff on my trailer. They were friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this team!

Good luck getting them on time for your project, ordered 1pm moving, they called in the morning saying they will be at most 2 hours late, and I called them 2:30pm they said 8PM. I had to call around and get another mover and paying for same day rate. Again good luck with them.

Two guys showed up on time and on a short notice. They helped us pack and load and cleaned up the house in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend them.
