I leased on with 1 truck and owned 2. The fleet was very small. Was great at first we was growing together. I got up to 4 trucks. The owner and dispatcher started stealing drivers out of my trucks to put into their trucks. I began replacing the drivers and the company was still over stepping boundaries and talking my drivers into buying their own truck and quit me with no notification. I left my last driver i had to a good friend of mine that had a truck leased on and no driver for it. As i was moving me and my trucks the driver wanted to stay so i helped him stay. Shortly after, that driver quit my friend and leased a truck under the company once again.. the company dont care if you leased first. They have no gentleman policy they will poach your drivers and employees. truth is it may be ok if your a one truck and 1 driver guy. Its definitely not a company for those trying to grow together. I helped build them up alot, only for them to try and tear me down in the end. I was smart and left on time and bought my own trailer and actually doing way better where im at now. Be smart and let this sink in before you make that move. The company is basically in it for themselves and dont give no care in the world if you succeed or bot. They do pay on time like they should but not the best of places to put your truck for sure NOT A PLACE TO CALL HOME for your truck.
