Special shout out to JK Moving's Manager, Herman. We had an issue with an order that we made, and he took the time to hear us out, get us all the information we needed, and make it right for us.

While we got most of our stuff up to our new location, moving cross country from FL to MA, we were missing 4 boxes worth of items. We had very little communication from the start, that honestly should have been our red flag from the beginning, but we were running out of time in our move. When trying to get a quote it was near impossible to have someone call me back. We switched reps, got a quote, and had a new person who also did not keep in contact with us, we were reaching out to them more than they spoke to us. They were really nice, but I felt like we shouldn't have to be chasing them for answers. The day of the move-out was chaotic, there was confusion as to what we were told they were bringing versus what they brought, but we got everything out. Day of arrival to the new place there were multiple sticks on boxes, it was hard to keep track of what was ours and we got something from someone else's load. One of the guys asked us if we wanted to check off as they went or at the end and we asked if we had time at the end to do it and he assured us we could do it at the end together. Well, that didn't happen, once they finished they rushed us to finish, told us not to put in claims for the broken bookshelves THEY broke. It was a mess, but they forced us to sign off on it. We also couldn't see what boxes made it due to how they stacked our boxes, the stickers that were supposed to be the tags to tell us whose box was whose (another ridiculous thing) were either doubled up on boxes or hidden in how they were stacked. As mentioned above 4 of our valuables did not make it to us totaling well over $2000. So, whoever got our boxes, hope you enjoy our stuff. The company won't do anything for us at this point, so hopefully we can warn someone else in the future to reconsider. Would not recommend.

Constant contact Lady crew that packed were professional and efficient Moving crew was amazing All very respectful, polite, and professional. Got the truck in and out of tight historic places! Thank you for taking care of our military move.

Depending on the time of day and how big your truck is, this could be a very tight place to maneuver. Staff was great!

No good for big trucks. Trailers and trucks everywhere. Almost imposible to back in a door
