This is the worst company. The representatives are the rudest in the world, very disrespectful. I have called 2 times and the lady said there is no-one available to give me my car, and as soon as she hang up the phon on me the rudest way, someone opened up the door, said he would be able to release the car and it appeared many people were working inside. As for prices, she said they were also cooperating with the police and they always charging the highest rates in the city. $490 for 1 hour. Stay away from this scam company.

This company along with lkq pick your parts Corp located just 4 hundred yards from impound yard of Jon's towing worked together to steal my vehicle in the 15 minutes that I was Inside of lkq locating a part . Once I was ready to leave I found my vehicle had been stolen and not by just any old car thieves but by Jon's towing themselves and by claiming I was in a red zone parking area ( fire lane) which is a flat out lie I mean who makes fire lanes which are next to the only three trees located in the entire parking lot it's ridiculous total scam !!! It's a total disgrace that someone who has been shot while fighting for our country and is now limited in the things I can do physically to improve my situation and is on a fine line financially as much of us our today , that this type of company and the people who work for them are allowed to just destroy someone's life with their greed and lack of integrity , it's not right and hopefully most of you who have to deal with them are able to absorb more easily their criminal acts and stealing ways and still be able to move on with less effort then myself but for myself it's not a possibility being way out where I live and other factors !!

This place over charged claiming the car was held 3 days and it’s literally only 48 hours. We also called to get information if the car was drivable and they said yes when arrived that was not true and they charged another $200 to tow 1 mile away after not providing accurate information and overcharging an extra day. I’m also reporting them to the better business bureau and other applicable business entities

I will never recommend anyone with this company sucks having your tire blown out on Labor Day the guy on the front desk was rude and not willing to help whatsoever . coming from far away to pick up my car not being able to take my rim off to go and get it fixed doesn't help . this company should be able to bend their policies to help people in need . Not charge for everything 👎 the whole point of leaving it overnight was to keep my car safe and not move it from preventing to damage the rim as well . The guy said well you can drive your car out and you can do it out there 👎👎👎

Greedy. My car ran out of battery and was stacked at the middle of the road. Good thing my company has free roadside assistance, I was paired up to this towing company, when I called them for ETA they want to charge me over $300 for a 2-mile drive to the dealership. Don't do business with these people.
