I started contacting Eugene in October 2023 for my upcoming move June 2024 to Hong Kong. Eugene was so helpful in many ways. He was able to send a helper for a walk through. He gave me a quote within couple days. From the very beginning, he told me that it will take about 3 months for my belonging to arrive overseas. Every time I have questions, he responds immediately. JNR and Gene Jasper were wonderful. Gene carefully walked us through each step of sending a container to Hawaii. He schedule the container drop off. It was exactly when request and very clean. We loaded it and and Gene had it picked up right when we requested. It arrived in Hawaii sooner than expected an the company just held it until we were ready and dropped it right in the spot we requested. It was the best moving experience ever because of JNR' attention to detail and explaining ever step several time. Gene it the best.

It was a scary experience arranging to move the household from Hawaii to Florida. We are glad we chose JNR global logistics to arrange for the move. Everything worked as contracted. The movers on both sides were excellent. The car and the household furniture and goods arrived before schedule. Eugene Jasper was as easy a person to work with as could be. He fulfilled everything he said he would do.

Perfect service from JNR, special thanks to Eugene and Sasha. We moved a large crate of household goods from Molokai to Texas, Eugene organized everything perfectly, items were picked up and packaged in Molokai and delivered inside our house in Texas. The delivery came much faster than expected and in perfect condition. Would not hesitate to recommend JNR and Eugene and use again in future. Thank you!!
