I used bus service for a long time while in MO and it’s wonderful. I am writing this not for the service but the driver on April 25, 2024 @ around 5:10 in Olathe, KS. license plate number A 3665. The driver run through RED LIGHT 🚦 on 143rd and Brougham street. He was heading west.The light turned RED while he is 20 ft away. Any way he run through it. Is this the kind of driver trained to transport people???

Calling all listed numbers for the place on a day after a holiday. No humans answer as they apparently still have system shut off from the holiday. Drive to location. They are still shut to public unless you have appointment. Can't make an appointment because they don't pick up. Call Johnson county government dispatch who can't get through either. Disabled people are supposed to be able to depend on these clowns for transportation???? It is pathetic.

3-5 times a week when my bus to or from work doesn't run & and the app will tell me it's on the way but it isn't actually coming. I don't find out that I don't have a bus to work or home until I've waited 30 min to an hour and have to call dispatch to find out the bus isn't running even though the app says it is. It's completely undependable - I live around 7 miles from my job, it's more than a 3 hour walk without a bus, so when the bus doesn't run I either don't get home until around 8pm or am an hour or 2 late getting to work. So extremely exhausting & frustrating!

Joco transit needs some work. I've called after waiting for busses to show only to find out they aren't operating because there aren't enough drivers. I've applied for the driver position, I'd be happy with anything related to public transit. I'm passionate and dedicated to public transportation, hire me!
