Mover staff was great . Not fast not slow, but they took care with the items moved. Showed up early There was price was increase after I made a deposit. There were extra charges I wasn’t made aware of before the move. They charge a travel time of $169, but they also charge on top of that a fuel fee of $121.68. The trip was 8.5 miles. I was told they provide everything needed for the move. They charge $104.54. For packing material. It was some cardboard shrink wrap and some tape. Would have liked to know this ahead of time. They were a good but a good bit more than the others. I moved 11 pieces of furniture. Mostly small. Things one heavy couch and a heavy mirror.

To start with they showed up and started the clock at 9. But had me doing paperwork for 20 minutes. Then took 3 hours to load out a storage unit where I gave specific instructions on what was being left at the second stop but they had it at the back of the truck. They individually wrapped like 12 chairs and barstools that I told them were garbage and going to the curb. They MILKED the clock. They sent 2 guys for an upstairs move, one small guy that barely left the truck and one Big guy that moved super slow and left so much stuff behind I ended up getting rid of items just to get them off the clock. It was raining and The TRUCK HAD A ROOF LEAK damaging my furniture. They destroyed my grandmother's hope chest. And after 1600 dollars there are still items they didn't move. The one guy said he had just started at the company but Matt said these were his most experienced. The driver told me he gets penalized by the company if he doesn't use more packing materials. They improperly used so many blankets they cluttered up the floor of the truck and they couldn't maneuver around. Lastly and worst of all, they damaged my Vespa in the move. When I asked the guy about the insurance he told me it was 5000 per item, but that's not what the policy said its honestly the worst moving experience of my life. I had to show them how to maneuver my couch into my new place but even then they couldn't figure out how to get it down a hall! So now I'm stuck with my couch in my office!? They complained the whole time and made excuses why they HAD to wrap certain things but didn't wrap others it was a total SCAM.
