I had a great experience with Autozipper! Michelle helped me through the whole process of shipping my car from the west to the east coast. She was easy to get in touch with and got back to me quickly. The pickup and drop off locations were both very close to where I was staying which made it very convenient for me. I'm super grateful to have found them and I'm about to contact Michelle again for another car shipment. I highly recommend them!

A friend referred me to Autozipper based on his past experience. Moving to a new location is always stressful but Michelle and the team at Autozipper try everything possible to take that extra stress (pertaining to moving your vehicle) off you. My car was delivered to New York (from Chicago) in the exact same condition as it was picked. I went with enclosed carrier and I can vouch that their price is fair and possibly the best on the market.

Omg! I was so stressed out over having to ship my 2012 Ford Edge from San Antonio, TX to Cleveland, Ohio. I read so many bad reviews of brokers and drivers I was really worried about this. I decided to go with Autozipper based on the recommendations from Reddit and google reviews. I worked with Michelle. My sister is ill needed a car so I decided to give her my car and I purchased a new one. I requested a quote from Autozipper on Dec 1 and received a response of $1100-$1200. I had a few lower quotes but because of poor reviews I didn’t follow up with other brokers. On Thurs 12/7 I called Autozipper to discuss transporting my car. I told Michelle the car was ready to go but my timing was flexible. Monday 12/4 Michelle had a driver with 17 years experience who could pick up the car on Wed or Thur for delivery on Sat or Sunday. The cost was $990. She said he would call me the night before to let me where and when he would pick up the car. On Monday night he called and said he would pick up the car Tuesday morning and he would try to get as close to my house as possible. He called at 9:20 am on Tuesday and said we would pick up the car at my house in an hour. At 10:20 am he was at my house, inspected the car (it was washed and clean both the exterior and interior). The car was drivable. He called my sister on 12/14 to let her know the car would be delivered on Fri 12/15. He contacted her before he arrived to let her know when and where to pick up the car. Michelle said she would stay in touch with and would be available if I had any questions during the shipping. She really put my mind at ease. Bottom line - I recommend Auto Zipper and really appreciate Michelle‘s help.

Michelle is amazing and super duper helpful!!! Everything from getting a quote (the total cost ended up being less than the first quote! Bonus!!) to the drop off was stellar and super easy! Michelle is amazing!!! :) Long Version: I purchased my car from Texas (I live in NC) and was looking around for car shipping companies. I needed someone reliable and responsible due to the type of vehicle I bought. After calling around to like 4-5 companies (some of them wouldn't even get back to me or wanted crazy amounts of money) I found AutoZipper through a local car enthusiast forum. AutoZipper is a broker company and they contract with car shipping companies to get the best price for each job. I was a little apprehensive at first since I've heard many horror stories when it comes to brokers...but everything turned out to be a way better experience than I imagined. I decided to call AutoZipper and Michelle answered the phone right away. She gave me a tentative quote, which was almost half the price from what others were quoting me and said she would get back to me when she had a confirmed quote. I flew to Texas the next day and purchased the car. I called Michelle once I had all the paperwork from the dealer and she found a driver in less than 24 hours and at slightly below the quoted price. I agreed and the driver picked up the car. I flew back to NC and 2 days later I had my car delivered to my driveway in perfect condition. I could not be happier with the whole process. Michelle was a pleasure to work, very sweet and caring. I felt like I was her family and she always answered all my questions. Thank you for everything!
