I haul produce with brand new unit 2023 themoking load rejected due to partial temp . I did pulp of last two pallet that was ok . They claimed coustmer didn’t pay us so we cant pay you . Dont trust on them . BEWARE ALL CARRIERS

One of worst brokerage company.. steeling carrier money ..don’t book load them them .. biggest lier . Crysta treat carrier like slaves ..book load delivery on time 2-3 pallets rejected high temp .. reefer download and inspection clean . Crysta said driver have to check single box temp during loading .. broker dustin cook confirmed they will pay for redelivery but later they are not responding.. if they pay you good rate on load later they will take half from you with these excuses.. they already know which load goes to claim BE AWARE FROM THEM

Dont believe what you hear from this broker. After hours are 100% useless, making up every single word. If you have a problem during after hours, you have to not give up and not believe what you are hearing, because its all lies, they just want and easy way around a problem. Check app times on the RC yourself after you receive RC most likely its wrong, they just want to make su you are 100% on time for the app by sending you IN 5 hours earlier just to sit there. A bunch of charges on the RC for anything. Requeated for detention, will see how that is going to end up...
