These Brothers arrived ON time and complete the bulk of our 4 Bedroom home within the FIRST hour. They moved quickly … they took NO breaks … got down to business. They asked questions for clarity and each of them worked among each other to assure they didn’t break anything and packed everything appropriately. Hands done the absolute BEST moving company we have EVER had and we are greatly appreciative!!!

I was stressed out about moving all on my own but thanks to John and Sons moving I didn’t have to worry no more! I want to start with the lady on the phone— she was so sweet and gave me all the confidence in the world that everything was going to be fine. And second I want to recognize the team of 4 guys that arrived and moved all my belongings with care and efficiency. Very professional and well prepared!!! And I will absolutely will be hiring again! The only cons I had but will make sure to not do the same mistake again is that i did not report to the office the times that the movers arrived and left from each location. Movers called me that they were on their way at 9:17am but I got charged since 9am and on the way to my storage unit they took a wawa break of 30 min and still charged me even when I brought it to their attention. Overall i did paid an extra hour that wasn’t supposed to but i dont like making scenes but I know how to do better next time. Hope this helps!

Very disappointed in this moving company. I have used them before without any issues. This last move was awful as it was not Jay and his team but the owner Dwayne. He got every hour he could to move minimal stuff and damaged a big screen TV that was supposed to be replaced within a week. It is almost three months and the TV has not been replaced. I will not recommend this company for any move, small or large. Careless with items and nothing but a headache. Sooo disappointed.

We just moved last week. We were very overwhelmed at the amount of stuff we had to do. We called Jon and Sons to do all of the heavy lifting, as my husband and I were not able to do it, at some point in time we got old and weak. They were wonderful! These gentlemen made very light work of a task we could have never done! They were polite, professional, and very respectful of all of our things. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you for a job very well done.
