Johnson United just handled our relocation from CO to TN. This was my 4th long distance move in my life and so far (4 days after they dropped our stuff at the house in TN), it has been the smoothest move I've ever done, even smoother than local moves. Everyone that showed up on both ends was top notch. From the packers to the loaders to our driver (if you are every so lucky to get their driver Jeremy from OK, consider yourself blessed), they were amazing. On the load end, they would have had a 2200 sq ft house loaded by 11:30 am had we not had an unforeseen issue with the washing machine. While that issue was my fault (I had the wrong bolts to secure the drum), Johnson was able to send a technician out immediately and find a workaround. On the unload end, they were done by about 2 pm that day even with having to double handle everything due to a shuttle being needed. The only complaint I have (and ultimately minor and resolved) was that certain critical pieces to the couch were packed in an unmarked tote without telling us. This resulted in about 3 days of searching for the parts so we could finally assemble it fully. Honestly, if I end up with this being the only hiccup, it'll still be smoother than anything prior. Highly recommend this firm!

Fantastic moving company. The only company o trusted to move me in the end. They were with me all the way and the coordinator was by far the most helpful person I have worked with in ages. The movers from packing to drop off were outstanding and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns all of the time. They took great care of my furniture and didn’t lose it beak a thing! Use them they ar the best!!!

I don't know what others are talking about but this was the worst moving experience of my life. I hired Johnson and United to move my family from Denver to Austin. My excitement over a new job quickly fell apart when most of our things arrived damaged and some things were even stolen. United basically forced us into either a lengthy claim process or $500. Why would they do that? To get rid of you. And Johnson was of no help whatsoever except to say sorry. There are many choices for movers - pick a different one.

Ethan and Chrissy did an excellent job working with us so that we could move from Denver to South Carolina. We were in excellent hands as they helped us understand the process, made changes we needed when asked and made our move seamless. I was on the fence about using a moving company, and after this experience I would recommend using them for any move local or cross country.
