I used to work here. Anyone can have a bad day so that’s probably why there’s some bad reviews but the owners have good hearts and the dispatch Jessica is really a chill person. Jomar is a family own business not a big rich one so don’t expect really nice fancy trucks. I can’t say anything bad about jomar because they do give people who never have experience driving truck chances. Which is really good because most companies would want u to have some sort of driving experience before they even consider hiring you. The owner Mark would even teach you how to drive and operate a forklift if work isn’t so busy.

I have had excellent service provided by Jomar Freight. I ordered a TV from Sam's Club and it looks like they use some local agents to deliver in certain areas. I was contacted by a lady in the office named Jessica to schedule the appointment and the product was delivered professionally and on time by the driver. I asked him to wait while I plugged it in to ensure it did not have any damage to the panel and he said it would not be a problem. I would use this company in the future if I have any needs for shipping!

I returned a voicemail from this company to set up a delivery, Brian was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I requested a return call in the next 1-2 days (which is a completely normal customer service request). Brian said, "We will get to you when we get to you." and "You're not our customer. You don't pay us.". He also said, "You're not supposed to be calling this number." When I responded that this was the return number I was given, he went into a rant about how they're having issues with the company who is paying them to deliver. This is terrible customer service. It's true our company is not the one paying Jomar; however after this experience we certainly NEVER will be a paying customer and I will be passing this information on to your paying customer. Brian’s behavior was unacceptable. No one needs to know any business issues you are having with your paying customers & I’m sure they will not be pleased with his lack of discretion. Treating a non-paying customer in that way is NO way to treat anyone or get new business; word of mouth travels fast. What a horrible experience!

The worst place to be employed at. Trucks breakdown regularly, they do not pay overtime, and there are no benefits as well. If you like your cartage delivered with a cloud of weed , I guess this is the place to call.

Amazing freight company. Especially the very nice lady named Jessica. She works very hard and always answers the phones no matter the day. It could be a Sunday when she’s up at the cabin with her family and she will take time away to help with a problem or solve something that came up.
