Took a chance and ordered a bracelet online which was shipped to me very quickly in the states. When it arrived it was too small. I emailed the shop and they could not have been more accommodating. They arranged for a third party store in the US to accept my return and they in turn shipped me a larger size. I’ve never experienced customer service like this before especially since I purchased the bracelet directly from Jonathan Johnson. This arrangement saved me from having to ship the bracelet back to Germany. Both Jonathan Johnson and Tom of Finland get high marks in my book. Their communication throughout the process was exceptional: and the bracelet is amazing!!!! I will shop again.
