Terrible Customer service. This company does not deserve even one star. Very rude. Hung up on me and send they were sending it back to the company I purchased from. Would only give a 10-5:00 pm window with no call ahead. Expects customer to wait around for 7 hours till the driver shows up. I see others have had the same issue. I finally got a supervisor. Said her name was Sarah. She was no help. Will never deal with any company for curbside delivery again.

Horrible, rude company. Do not do business with them. They left 2, 70 pound boxes at the top of my driveway that is 20 ft long, downhill. I called them immediately after they were delivered and they said they couldn't turn around. I would not recommend using them. Victoria was rude and unhelpful.

Their Receiving starts at 11am. Offloader was rude. Office staff is good. Overnight parking available.
