Jones moved be efficiently and on budget. They did everything they said they would do. I had James, Chris, Rob and Rick on the truck. They worked constantly, answered all my questions and helped me with some others things I was moving around. Just call these guys and take the work out of your move, I’m sure glad I did. Steve

This company stole shoes and other of my personal items from the move I hired them for and they have a lack of accountability. Was told by one of the workers that they get no lunch breaks no benefits there boss don't care for there own employees and not only that the truck they put my belongings has no inspection I bet it's not even safe to drive I recommend nobody goes to them they should be shut down for good I'm going to look to look into getting the D.O.t evolved I know this company is not fully professional and I'm going go8ng to make sure they get what's coming from them

My friend returned some belongings of mine that were stored here and they are heavily water damaged and moldy. Apparently the owners were also extremely rude to them and belongings were sorted through and missing. After going through a bunch of the reviews on here it sounds like this is common here. Pretty awful.

I am an interior designer in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and I was tasked with getting a 320 lb sleeper sofa to a client in Rhode Island. Jones movers was quick to answer, they received, inspected and delivered the sofa promptly and my client was happy with them as well...and they're affordable. I will gladly use them again and would recommend their services.
