My mom and I had a fantastic moving experience with Jones Moving & Storage. Great family to work with from the time of booking all the way to the final drop off. Moving across country from Michigan to Arizona seemed like an overwhelming task to both of us, especially having two separate houses going to two different locations. Jones put our mind at ease with not only great communication through the entire process but also the attention to detail when handling all of our possession we value. They even moved our vehicles without a scratch. They went above and beyond with helping with the little things around the house including setting up bed sets, treadmills and furniture. Big thank you to the Jones family and crew for all your help. We highly recommend using them for any of your cross country or local moving needs.

I was very happy from first contact to waving farewell to my moving crew. I was especially impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of my movers. Well-done, Kris and Alex (my moving team) with much appreciation to Candace in the office. 5 of 5 stars to Jones Moving and Storage. Great value for a very reasonable price. My move was small but complicated with 3 stops (storage unit and 2 residences) to gather my home goods from staging locations prior to my final relocation. My moving team Alex and Kris communicated by text and call that they would arrive 15min ahead of the morning meet-up time. This was fantastic as the temperature forecast for noon was 90 degrees. My team moved quickly but carefully to load, pad, and secure all my goods and then place them as directed into my new home. There were stairs involved and some tight turnings at one location but no damage resulted to my goods or the home. I was pleased by Alex’s careful driving along Phoenix’s very busy streets. And appreciated their care and attention when parking in residential areas. Many thanks for a perfect move.

I recently hired Jones Moving and Storage for my move and I have to share that they were by far the best moving company I have used. Chris and Alex were very professional and very careful with all of my boxes, furniture (some very heavy) and all of my belongings. I received excellent service from the time I booked my move with Candice and until everything was in my place. They exceeded my expectations not only were they great but also affordable. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Absolutely an amazing moving experience from start to finish. We moved from Arizona to North Carolina and it was very smooth in every aspect. Family owned and operated — Steve, Candice and their sons, along with their hired helpers were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them for everything local and long distance.
