I parked in their driveway for about 10 mins, after looking for my car in the parking lot. I was on the phone with police, about my car being possibly stolen. A man got in the tow truck and chased me out of the parking lot, on my tail, through Lakeport. I pulled over and the man proceeded to harass me and question me about being at his place of business. And that I should have called instead. The police could not find my vehicle since it had not been reported towed. So I was looking in all tow yards for it. He came off very agressive and scared the daylights out of me. Very unprofessional.

In my experience with Jones tow I believe they are crooked and they have some kind of thing with the police in Lakeport because they don't give anybody their property back even if their name was on the 180 they probably wouldn't do it still and the sheriff's don't put your name on the 180 so that you can't get your personal property back even I'm pretty sure they made a lot of money off the stuff that was in my vehicle so thanks Jones towing for not doing anything for me and thank you Lake county sheriff's department for not putting my name on the paperwork that you should have. The best part is you have to pay $100 to the sheriff's department for a released for your property but if your name is not on the registration Jones won't give you your property

I can't really speak to their towing services but their driver that was going through Lakeport this morning 1/16/2023 almost ran me off the side of the road because they didn't use a blinker and switch lanes into a turn lane without looking. Wouldn't trust a dangerous driver like that with towing my vehicle.

Our Car had not been operated since we returned home from being evacuated during the Mendocino Complex and Ranch Wildfires so Our Car's Battery was Dead. We found Jones Towing on Google Maps and called them. From the time we called them (8:59am) the Dispatcher said the Driver would be here in the hour. Not even!! He showed up within 15 minutes after we called! We moved here in Blue Lakes from Sacramento Ca and have used many Tow Services ( especially Roadside Assistance)and During the Sacramento Rush hour time frame. NEVER Has a Tow Service ever Been this Quick and Efficient!! And Both Employees Were Excellent and Friendly to Us! Even midst a Moment of a Married couple spat. If Ever you Are in Need of a Tow! I Highly Recommend Jones Towing for All Towing,Battery Jumps,Etc!! WEll Worth the Cost!!Because TIME and Quality are More Important than MONEY!!👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍👍👍👍🤝🤝🤝🤝
