I am very upset! I can't believe this happened. I got my taxes done here and everything seemed good. Melissa was my tax person, so I decided to take my boyfriend here to get his taxes done as well. Melissa was to busy so we went with another tax person which was our first mistake. We had Mercy help us and everything looked good and seemed good. First time there so we paid only $100 which wasn't bad. After a few weeks we noticed he hadn't gotten his tax return. He finally called and was told that the IRS declined the tax return. No one ever contacted us and told us that or what was going on. We had to call to find this out. Then we found out the Mercy did my boyfriend taxes wrong and instead of getting money back like we were told in the beginning, he now has to owe over $1,300. This is complete bull 😤! No one ever contacted us. We had to call and find out all or this. Since Mercy wasn't in my bf spoke to Melissa. She pretty much told him it wasn't her issue or problem since she didn't do his taxes and he would have to wait for Mercy to come in to speak to her. All Melissa told him was she was sorry! Sorry what in the heck Is that going to do!!!! Sorry. Oh we messed up you have to own now but hey we are sorry! This is unacceptable and I will definitely never ever go here again! I do not recommend at all.

I called Ruiz & Associates after another company left me in a bind by closing their office early with no notification despite my confirmed appointment. The associates I spoke with were very helpful and informative. Although they weren’t able to fit me in due to the tax extension deadline approaching, they offered some guidance to help me with my current needs. I will use their services beginning in the next tax season & for many years to come due to their kindness and professionalism.

My grandmother whom used to come here recently passed and when I shared the news with Melissa she was saddened by the news since she has interacted with my Grammy for over 15 years.
