Bad manners and terrible education from the saleswomen, in my opinion after comparing prices with other places like Talleres Uslé in Renedo, very abusive in general and just for the trip or taking the machine. The only positive thing I have gotten is the friendliness and good work of the mechanics. Other people who have also purchased or maintained their machines with them agree with me.

Disastrous experience, I took a lawnmower to install a bearing and to my surprise they didn't install six without consulting or anything. I don't recommend it at all so be careful with these types of people. Ahh and on top of that they put me on a dock.... but what a dock?

My experience is that when I bring a broken chainsaw to get an estimate for its repair, they tell me that the estimate will cost me €20, since assembling and disassembling the machine takes a while, which I understand and decide to leave it. After 5 days they call me and tell me that the cylinder and piston must be changed, and that it costs €370, obviously I say no, since the machine is old and not worth it. I call another workshop in Maliaño, and they tell me that with the original parts it costs me €225. Oh, that's a €150 difference (too much difference). What is my surprise when I go to José Luis to pick it up and they give it to me completely dismantled in a cardboard box, and they tell me that it is €20 + VAT. If I have it assembled and they charge me for it, at least they give it to me assembled, and when he told me it was €20 he was obliged to give me the price with VAT. As for the budget, it seems like a theft to me, but everyone charges what they want.
