I had a great first visit with Dr. Morales. His entire staff was friendly, competent and efficient. Natalie did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Morales gave me the best oral exam I’ve ever had, and took plenty of time talking, explaining and listening to me. And his assistant made me feel welcome, relaxed and in good hands. Overall it was an excellent experience!

Even after having moved to Twin Peaks from the Fontana area last December, my wife and I kept driving down the hill to go to our previous dentist. It’s not easy to find a new dentist right away when you moved to a new area. But we really scored with arrowhead dental arts. They take great care of you, and they really really really know what they’re doing. Our family highly recommends this dental group for your smiling needs.

Everyone there is very kind and professional. I've spent my Entire life dreading all things Dental. Not at Arrowhead Dental Arts. They made me feel as comfortable as possible. They made my experience painless and relatively stress free. They were excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Not my normal dentist, but they blew me away with customer service! My stepdaughter had an ortho emergency and needed to be seen ASAP. She was visiting from out of state and her mother’s insurance wouldn’t work here. My dentist wouldn’t see her and I called eight other places and got turned down every time. They initially recommended another ortho here in the mountains, but I had learned he was out of town for the whole week. They were sympathetic to my situation and was able to get her in within an hour and a half, saw her quickly and had the permanent retainer fixed. Too many large dentists have become corporations, and I’ve lost customer service. You get in out of country calling service, who are reading from a script and say lots of polite things, but don’t know how to resolve problems. That is what is wrong with modern companies who think these calling services provide good customer service because they say courteous and polite statements. and Acting friendly is a start and a bare minimum, but customer service has never been about being polite Companies offer a service and clients have a problem. That’s just the simplest way to put it. Good customer service is about solving the clients problems. When a service provider can solve the problem and satisfy the customer THAT is what makes customer service excellent. A “yes ma’am, thank you, ma’am, have a wonderful day, ma’am, how was your day so far, ma’am,” does nothing for me if you can’t solve my problem. This Dentist provides excellent customer service. That is a rarity these days. I would switch to them in a heartbeat; however, they don’t currently take my HMO. What a shame!
