I purchased an gift card through the website to be sent to someone as a gift through email. The person never received the gift card yet I have been charged $50. I have also reached out to have this addressed and have not had any response. This is unacceptable.

My wife and I enjoyed a terrific dinner and evening at S & L Restaurant in Langley yesterday. The hostess was very friendly and seated us promptly at the table we had reserved. A very nice start... Our server was LARA and she made our evening so special! We were served a special taster of a Chef's creation right at the start, just for coming in. Cool! Lara was incredibly friendly as she confidently recommended various menu items. Lara was ever present in the best of ways. to Our plates were cleared and our glasses replenished at the perfect times. Our meals were very tasty, the service was beyond excellent from start to finish, and the wine was awesome. Highly recommended!

They own a multitude of "ghost" restaurants that can't be contacted in anyway shape or form when they mess something up. Especially when I got my order, and my food was already opened. They make it damn near impossible to learn any information about said restaurant, and leave a maze of contact information. I would recommend not working with a parent company that runs their businesses in a shady way. Also @ JRG - feel free to refute this review, I'll keep posting them until I get an adequate response.

S&L took forever to get a seat, sat at the Bar , took forever to place my order Trio of rolls misrepresented. One tablespoon of Lobster salad per mini bred roll and one mini crab cake. No value , manager took it off the bill . Will not return. I wanted to speak with someone at you office , it seems you will not talk to anyone
