Very disappointed and feel scammed by this company, they will tell you anything to close a deal And take your money. I was made promises from Jason Soward’s regarding arrangements of lease, which he was very excited to take my deposit and rents and put me in. But when things went south he promised me my money back verbally only to send a contract of adhesion with complicated language hoping I sign and get scammed. Luckily I read the whole thing a realized that he was only paying now me back 20% of what was actually owed under false pretense of verbal promise. Never trust them. Stay as far away as possible. My other friends have had similar experiences.
