I would like to take this opportunity to thank Joseph's Limousine & Transportation for their outstanding service. I used Joseph's for a large corporate event, and they went above and beyond to ensure our transportation needs were executed seamlessly. Like many events, change requests happen often; my Joseph's contacts Joey as well as Jenn with their positive, professional and friendly demeanor didn't miss a beat. The buses were clean and welcoming. And finally, a big thank you to the A+ drivers who all provided a pleasant, safe travel experience.

This company seems to like hiring terrible drivers to work for their company because every time I confronted them about it they act all aggressive and unprofessional. This guy illegally parked the vehicle like this and his reason was that he was going to the bank so I guess that gives him the right to do so. Not only that, out of all places that he illegally parked he had to park so close to my truck and clearly went over the line I could barely get out of my own space. Now it’s pathetic I have to mention this because of inconsiderate people but even when I confronted the driver about it he didn’t want to hear what I had to say and just brushed me off. Don’t hire these guys is all I got to say, I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Wonderful, private trolley tour of Concord for my parents' anniversary! Thank you Joseph's Limousine & Transportation for the gorgeous trolley!! We had so much fun seeing the historic sites. Amazing service! Joey and team were fantastic and played an invaluable role in our wedding in September. We had over 50 guests coming from abroad and were worried about their transportation from Hotel to Church. Joey set us up with a great 56 seater bus which accommodated all of our international guests. The support team were incredibly patient and helpful with me as I called in with a plethora of questions and requirements. Including a timing adjustment on the day of the wedding itself! The bus itself was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. The driver showed up in great time, was pleasant and helpful with every passenger and completed the journey smoothly and ahead of schedule. Once the ceremony was over, the bus was waiting right outside the door for the return journey. Thanks Joey and Team!
