My 90 year old mother-in-law had a scheduled pickup today to see her cardiologist. We waited for about 25 minutes, and then checked at the front desk of assisted living where she resides to see where was the driver. They were told that KAREN was 2 minutes away. We waited for another 1/2 hour. And then checked again at front desk. We were told that KAREN was on North St, (one street away). Now we're still waiting for a total of one hour and twenty minutes. And still no KAREN. I had to cancel her important cardiology visit and reschedule for another day. While rescheduling, KAREN comes driving up, eating a sandwich. My mother-in-law's son went to speak to KAREN. But KAREN didn't care one bit that a 90 year old woman missed her appointment because of her. If Joy Transportation continues to have employees like KAREN, then they should never be hired again to bring any patient's to medical appointments.

*Driver Don* Made sure that I got picked up from my appointment. He even asked how long I was waiting and apologized for the wait. I like that he cares about the clients and doesn’t like to be late to grab them. I hope that the rest of the drivers and company can be like him and another driver I know there Phil these two are great,

Joy Transportation LLC should be banned. On July 18 I reserved a medi taxi for a 76 year old to take him to his preoperative appointment. He has surgery in a few days. Because of the distance and due to Joy Transportation inconsistencies in arriving on time I empathize to the phone operator (Sherry) that the drove must be on time. She assured me that the driver would be on time The pickup was scheduled at 9:30am. The actual appointment was 10:30am. At 10:10am the driver still did not arrive. Needless, to say he missed his appointment!!! I requested a call from the owner Joy and nothing. Of course, I filed a complaint with Logistics!!! Don't use them!!!

"Alan" driver for the day came 30 min he arrived at the time of the appointment when asked reason for tardiness he replied with the time he was supposed to pick me up no apologies nothing. After exchanging some words he proceeded to leave without me.I then called Joy transportation to report this and they did not reprimand their employee nd hung up on me. I took the time to write this review be ause I don't want anyone else to go through this . Do not use joy don't support non professionalism
