We were recently moved from Wichita, Kansas to Indianapolis, Indiana, by the Joyce team, and the experience was amazing. Specifically, the professionalism and attention to detail by the driver Mike Fajardo. Moving is typically a frustrating process, but Mike made it tolerable and even enjoyable with his ability to anticipate and eliminate potential issues that are part of any move. Mike, Anthony & Jorge went out of their way to make sure I could open/lift things after they left. Mike was courteous, professional and friendly. Move was completed in a timely manner. This was the best moving experience we have had. We have hired a few moving companies and by far Mike Fajardo and Aseret Hesse and the crew were excellent! Aseret kept us informed throughout the process. They were understanding when certain aspects were out of our control. Mike was very attentive to our needs and treated our belongins as they were his own. Our belongings made it over 1500 miles across the country safe and quickly!! Boxes labeled, inventory lists confirmed, furniture disassembled and then assembled at our new locations. They offered so much help with the whole experience. I would recommend this team. 10/10!!

My 85 year old mother in law and her daughter recently moved 525 miles to be close to my husband and I. Mike Fajardo and his team respectfully and carefully packed up her home of 19 years. They arrived yesterday as planned and unpacked and brought everything into her new home. Mike’s team set up all the furniture where she wanted it, and put everything together. We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. Mom even received flowers from Mike to welcome her to her new home. Everyone was happy and we would recommend Mike Fajardo and his team to anyone looking to relocate! They made it a wonderful day and experience.
