A mediocre company, managed by very mediocre people. "How we react to criticism, directly defines our character". I was terminated because I criticized a new sketchy payroll policy. The thin skinned low IQ office manager and the child who runs dispatch, determined that I should be let go because "I didn't see eye to eye with everyone in the office". This is a shady little company, without much of a chance for growth because of lack of leadership in management.

I worked for this company for about 2 years the whole time I work there they promised insurance was coming. I left this company because number one insurance never came; and number two the promise to keep me busy never happened. I even took on a sleeper truck, and stayed on the road Monday through Saturday. When winter came the work was gone even though they promised they could keep me busy all year. Then to top it off they stole a week of my vacation that I was using to make up for the lack of work. Fast forward 3 years later happily working for another company these people had the gall to call me up and offer me to come back because they need drivers so bad. Claiming that insurance was coming and that they were going to get health insurance for sure now. That means 5 years later they're still making the same false promises! The biggest problem this company has is their lack of honesty, the second is their lack of care for the well-being of their employees.
