Men were to start JP Logistics is all about family; they accepted me with open arms. Rob, the owner, greeted me back in 2020; he is a very nice and genuine guy. He is the type of boss who will give his personal number, and if you were to text him, he responds within minutes. The equipment is well-maintained, no hassle for repairs. Sam was my recruiter, and he made the process so easy and smooth; we still talk today and share a couple of jokes. The DSP crew has great communication; the whole staff is there to help, no long wait times, etc. This company has great pay and hometime, no questions asked. This is truly the best company I've worked for; I've been here a little over 4 1/2 years, and this is my family away from home. By the way, the owner kept his word; I leased a truck for 3 years. On the day of my final payment, he had the title ready for me and thanked me for being a great driver.

The best company I've worked for period. Everyone single person was amazing from recruiting, to dispatch and safety team. Paychecks always on time and never any mistakes. Trucks in excellent shape and maintenance on point. Absolutely no complaints and I look forward to driving with them again next year👌
