Jared and the other worker with him were fantastic with the moving service. 24 hours before they arrived, Jared contacted me to schedule my time. At that time, Jared answered any and all questions I had with detail and made sure I was aware of how everything would go while relieving any concerns I may have had. I scheduled a 9 am move time and Jared and his worker arrived at 8:45 am and called me to confirm. They moved everything I had into the U-Box in under an hour while maintaining entertaining conversation as they went in and out. I cannot recommend JT Moving Services enough. This crew is professional, fast, efficient, and do everything they can to make the customer comfortable and confident with their choice to select JT Moving Services. Thanks for the great work, guys!

I hired two guys from this company their rates were very reasonable we just had to rent our own U-Haul. They moved an entire storage unit that was packed full and a three bedroom two bathroom home for less than 500 bucks. I would highly recommend these guys for your big move!!!!

I booked them through uhaul for morning 8am. They call me to confirm the time I specifically told them 8am. On the moving day I called the office in the morning at 8am and they told me they are on their way and will be there in couple of minutes but never showed up and also wouldn't pick up the call. Worst customer service ever.
