I was concerned by the number of people waiting but it was right on time for a 9am appointment. Assistant was pretty brisk, full skin check. Met Dr Byrd wearing a paper sheet. She never introduced herself, my first appointment. Guess that's my pet peeve. Was in and out within 35 minutes. Office staff very friendly. Not sure if I will return

I was positively impressed with the knowledge and actions of both Dr. Julia Byrd and her associate. I was pleased with Dr. Byrd's rapid and unquestioning action on the mole on my neck. More important was her handling of my principal concern (the sore on my right cheek) and her exploration of other possible problems on my head. The explanations of their actions was clear and appropriate, including their advice that they would call me with analysis results in about a week. All in all, it was a very satisfactory and reassuring experience, and I look forward to future contacts with your organization. The only reason that I didn't click on the right-hand star was the failure to introduce her assistant and her role with Dr. Byrd. I assume that she is a Physician's Assistant, and a very capable one. One of my grand-daughters has recently completed her education as a P.A. and we're looking forward to learning more of her activities. Sincerely, Norman A. Hunstad

Dr. Julie Byrd was very thorough in her exam of me, she paid special attention to my areas of concern and addressed all my questions. She listened even to questions that asked about using natural products and some out of the box interventions. I appreciated her honest feedback.

The staff is always very welcoming and helpful with any questions you may have. After, usually, a relatively short time waiting to be taken to an exam room, the staff member documents the purpose of your visit to brief the doctor. After another, usually short wait time in the exam room, the doctor comes in and thoroughly addresses what brought you in and makes sure any questions or concerns you have are addressed I have been a satisfied patient there for a long time and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Dr. Julie always greets with a sincere smile. She covers the issue of the visit expeditiously and takes time to answer any questions or explain any procedures. She also has a good sense of humor. Staff is well-trained, helpful, and friendly.
