I used Junk King today to get rid of a nice granite tabletop coffee table. It was unfortunate that I had to get rid of it as junk however, because this was one nice coffee table, but it had to be done. Junk King came and hauled it away for a not unreasonable price, considering the size and weight of the thing, say, 300 lbs total. Anyway, it's done and I am thankful that they were there so quick. Thanks guys, I appreciate you!

Really bad experience that felt like a scam. I had called and got a quote over the phone for a half full small storage space (4x5’) between $158 and $208. It was literally 4 chairs, 2 glass table tops and a light stand, a couple of boxes of books and a couple of bags of bedding. That’s it. I got a call ahead of time as arranged only to be asked if it’s not much stuff because their truck is pretty full already so they might not be able to do the job. Mind I drive 2,5 hours to get there. A couple of guys arrived, took a look and said it’s going to be $556 if I want it done! I literally thought I m having hearing issues! They processed to blame the office that doesn’t know what they are doing and said their very best offer was $350 because of the labor involved. It was a storage room in a condo building right by the elevator on the second floor. Couldn’t have been easier. If not the fact I needed to discard the stuff and I don’t live there I would have done it all by myself… I told them this was ridiculous and they have left, for me only to realize that I literally don’t have a choice due to the unit being sold 2 days later. It took a lot of inner fight to chase them down and offered $300. They took it and completed the job with an apparent attitude especially from the older men. Took them probably 25 minutes before they were gone. Made sure I payed by card as I the whole experience felt like a scam. Never again

Called Junk king at 830 am . Their guys showed up by 1230 and in 4 hours they had all the furniture broken down and in the truck. Price was fair given how much labor is involved for the work. The two guys who came were professional, friendly and most importantly CAREFUL. Removed a full truck of junk and did not hit any walls!

I used the Junk King dumpster bag and their speed of service was incredible. I received the bag in just a few days and when it was ready to be picked up, they came the next day. The only negative is that I was led to believe that the filled bag would be lifted by its handles and placed in the truck. Apparently, Junk King does not have that equipment, so 2 guys had to empty my bag into their truck by hand. They did a great job and made sure they cleaned up anything that fell to the ground. I will definitely call them again if I have another project. I just hope they get a better method of picking up the bag in the future.

I shopped around for a dumpster to rent, Joe stood out way above the others. He and his wife were so friendly and went above and beyond what we expected. Everything was explained clearly and follow thru was perfect!!! Dumpster was delivered on time and picked up on time, and wow such a bright NICE dumpster. We HIGHLY recommend this wonderful company. UPDATE a month later and we needed more help, Joe immediately put us on the schedule and the 2 guys that came up here were very professional and worked their tails off loading all the broken down furniture, yard debris, old computers etc, they have trully been a life saver for this move..and so helpful.!!! this has been such a blessing thank you to all of Junk King- Joe his wife and the whole staff for being so easy to work with and pleasant. God Bless you all!!
