I found Henley’s via Yelp. They were the first to respond with a witty text that was not automatically generated, so I called them. Each time estimate was met or exceeded, including the initial consultation appointment. The two Davids that came out gave me a fast and fair estimate which included GETTING ME ALL SET WITH MY NEW WATER HEATER (made in the USA!) even before the ‘end of business day’. I thought for sure this would take the whole weekend to handle, but Henley’s was a very pleasant surprise from start to finish. Thanks, both Davids and Elizabeth L! I am very satisfied with Henley's plumbing work at my residence. They gave me not only a thorough and reasonable estimate on the plumbing work that needed to be done, but also were very professional and efficient in doing their plumbing work. The warranty provided is excellent also. I would gladly recommend Henley's as a cost effective and high quality plumbing company.

I contacted Henley’s plumbing after receiving two previous estimates for a leaking toilet. Not only did they give me a better deal but the customer service was outstanding. The technician, Eric, was friendly, relatable, and a fast and efficient worker. I really appreciated how easy he was to talk to and explain everything very clearly and in a candid manner. I would definitely recommend this company and plan on calling them for all my future plumbing needs. It’s great to have a company that you can rely on to do a quality job and provide a good value.

Had a great experience with Henley’s, from start to finish. They are a local independent and family-owned business. Bryan, their sales person and co-owner, didn’t try to sell us more than what we needed. During the installation for the a/c unit, one of the installers (Nick) found some very small cracks in the furnace. He also didn’t make me feel like I NEEDED to replace it but did give suggestions. We ended up getting that replaced as well. The whole process took a day since they had the furnace in stock. Due to the great experience we got their yearly membership. Would definitely recommend Henley’s Plumbing and Air.
