My car was towed because of wrongful parking I wasn’t aware of while I was away. Sure, that’s fine, it is what it is. What isn’t ok, is improper towing mechanisms and unethical businesses. My hubcap was completely torn off, they didn’t bother telling me or replacing it before I got the car back. In fact, they consciously watched me drive away without noticing (we were desperate to get my car out of there). I drove back when my partner driving next to me noticed. We drove back, they innocently acted as if they had no idea that had happened. And although they replaced it, they took the hubcap of another car to place it on mine. My car was there 9 nights while I was away, they didn’t think to be responsible and fix it before I got there? Not to mention the new series of scratches on the car which I didn’t even bother getting into after I mentioned it and was gaslighted, bc I just wanted out of this place and some battles are not worth it when dealing with people like this. An employee mentioned how he obtained his car from that towing company and that’s why he works there bc “if they can’t pay the fees, I’ll buy it off of them”. People are literally struggling right now, joking and glorifying about taking what is a form of making a living for some people is just wrong on so many levels. I understand it’s a form of business and also your form of living, but at least do it CAREFULLY and ethically. Making money doesn’t have to make you a crappy person. *Also by owner’s response to me/others, not much more needs to be said, they speak for themselves and the type of business they are, proving our point.

These guys are a bunch of vultures and thieves. I went to CVS yesterday and parked in their lot intending to go inside. However, I had to urgently use the bathroom so I quickly ran to IHOP instead. After five minutes in the restroom, I returned to find my car being towed. The parking lot was not crowded and there were plenty of spaces available. It was disappointing to see the towing company being so aggressive towards customers, especially when I had planned to visit CVS. It made me wonder what would happen if I had important prescriptions waiting for me. It was a harsh and insensitive way to treat their own CVS customers. My car wasn’t even hooked and they asked me to pay. They are obviously crooked people.

Where do I start? I was siting in my car at night from work. All of a sudden my car was starting to be lifted I got scared of course I’m a woman. I have tints in my car but not to the point where I can’t be seen. So the driver proceeded to try to tow my car without checking if I was inside of it. Absolutely absurd, I will be filing a lawsuit against this place as my safety was compromised and I was in danger.

The entire system is corrupted, from police to these towing companies. But these guys are one of the best among the worst. Because at least they charge a reasonable price for your towed car.

I was stranded on the side of the road, and was calling all the tow companies in the area and given a 2 hour wait by all the other companies, Justin towing came in the matter of minutes I wasn’t able to finish my episode of family guy before they even came not even 15 mins into the show they’re driver came and picked me up very professional and nice trucks they had also very friendly.
