The delivery was at a SF condo complex and the delivery staff was fantastic. Everything went smoothly. They get 5 stars However, the office staff only gets 1 star. It was extremely difficult to the get the proper COI for the delivery (even though they kept saying they deliver in SF all the time where COI are very common). We gave very detailed instructions and they were not followed. In fact, we never got all of the COIs and we had to use my homeowners insurance to cover the delivery. Several folks ended up being very rude and impatient with us even though it was their fault. We would not recommend them and will tell the stores we are buying from that we will not use Justo in the future.

I highly recommend this company! My home is located in the unincorporated, central San Mateo County Coastside area and frankly I am accustomed to unpredictable delivery services. My experience with Justo was simply perfect, from the very start with an efficient and responsive scheduling system to the as scheduled timely delivery by two very pleasant and considerate gentlemen. My delivery went extremely well. First & foremost, I was excited about my new purchase. It was refreshing that Justo Blanket Wrap Delivery Service only enhanced that feeling for me. They scheduled a time, gave me a 3 hour window, called me approximately 30 minutes prior to delivery and when they arrived, they took careful time & expertise in making the experience flawless. Thank you, Justo. I will definitely use you again.

They are very polite and good at what they do. During this Pandemic they did everything very professional and set up my bed set very beautifully. I am so grateful for them not too many companies will do a good job at setting up your furniture but they are far the best yet!! I will definitely recommend them. Very good workers.
