This is bad business. Saatva uses this extremely unprofessional business to pick up and deliver their mattresses. Very incompetent staff who simply lies all the times. They take weeks to come pick it up and even longer to deliver back after repair. When I called in to inquire about it - rep has been lying to be, telling they don't have it, when in fact they had it for almost a week. And they schedule for weeks in advance to deliver back. As result Saatva takes a few days to actually repair and these scammers take weeks for pick up and delivery. I do not recommend to use them or deal with them in any way or form. Stay away.

This company is absolutely horrible. Broken furniture and extremely rude. The people have no idea what they are doing! They are not high end.. they are terrible.

Ordered furniture that was supposed to be delivered by Justo. They received the shipment but slow rolled the delivery and then refused to deliver with all kinds of excuses. Offered to pay for delivery but they refused to ship. Had to dispute purchase with my credit card company. Terrible customer service

I suggest stay away from them. They will tell you what date to "call" you, but it's not mean will delivery on that date. They also charge me $50 extra, have to call them 8 times, even they said they will handle it, will issue the refund, but still no refund. They charge $100 more than Lugg (the app which i used before can deliver in same day) but much wore service, much more delay.
