This must be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a tow company. They collected my information never contacted me that they picked up the vehicle held it black mailed me then dropped off the vehicle at a completely different location than agreed, would not give me the location of where the vehicle was dropped off, I had to pay another company to drive around and look for it and to finally tow it to my place. It cost me double of what the quote was.
