Ran a load for these guys 5 days ago now and they owe us detention on the receiving end. They have yet to send an updated rate con. We upheld our end, delivered the load safely and on time. Communicated from start to finish. Soon as the load was complete they essentially stopped responding. Just another typical shady brokerage. Unfortunate.

Will never do business with this broker again. Given a load with a midnight delivery time and when I arrive to customer I’m told it’s a Friday delivery. When I called K&L I was told then that I was supposed to be there when I was and with the mess up I would be compensated for it. Was unable to deliver till the following day a lo and behold I’m being told now they are refusing to pay any detention or layover pay on this load. I will never deliver a load for this company again Update still a one star. Found out broker went back into MacroPoint and changed the date of delivery as well to further ensure they didn’t pay for my wasted time. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANNA BE SCREWED OUT OF MONEY
