Very professional, nice atmosphere, honest people, Do your job as a man and be loyal, truthfully, and straight forward you'll keep a job long term. Nice trucks and equipment if a driver has any issues they'll fix it right away and keep you rolling.

I am responding to which it appears to be a VERY disgruntled driver, James Lester, which is reflected in his comments by his innuendos and accusations. Without getting into Justin Lester's mental/physical health or personal life, I will state, however, he definitely has a lot of issues as does the other driver. Without getting into any confidential information, both of these individuals owed our company money which they are both fully aware of. We have been in business since 2012 and have always been willing to give someone a hand up if they prove they are willing. It never ceases to amaze me throughout the years of being in the trucking industry, when you take a risk and give someone an opportunity, they always want a handout! When you point a finger at someone, always remember....YOU HAVE 4 FINGERS POINTING BACK AT YOU! Obviously, Justin Lester and the other driver want to live on "easy street" without any consequences for the choices they make. I wish them the best of luck In their future journeys. This place is sketch. They are very friendly folk who own this place, at least from my experience. I'm happy for them to have the business. But from what I can tell with little time to feel them out, they don't have it all together. They need to allow talented people to work for them. I wish them the best of luck.

This is a good, small, family owned brokerage and trucking company that has consistent and good paying loads. If you do what you are supposed to do ( arrive on time for delivery and pickups, communicate, and be friendly and professional), then you will have no issues. I have had no issues with this company so far. Definitely worth a try.

I have been doing business with K & M for at least 5 years now and truly enjoy the amount of respect and communication they have given to not only myself but also to my drivers. Any time there is an issue with one of their loads we haul they do the best they can in order to get things fixed in a timely manner so I can keep my drivers rolling. Having their own company and drivers they truly understand that things happen out on the road that are often out of our control. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication that goes in to keeping our trucks rolling and have built a partnership that we at Triple R Trucking look forward to lasting a lifetime.
