I was able call they were there in 45 minutes (mine wasn't an emergency tow but yet they ran to me). Dwayne was great he is a "real" guy. Willing to listen to my ear full of drama why I needed the tow, and communicated. Car was safe and sound and he even backed it into my garage. K&M towing Dwayne is a key player. You'll have a customer next time i need you. Hopefully, not anytime soon. Thank you for the great customer service and communication

Truck was told on a Saturday it was hard to cross the street from my home I called k&m the gentleman answered the phone was very nice although it was a Saturday evening explain the office was closed and took off he did there find that they had my vehicle I called Monday morning which is today Mr Dimitri answer the phone property and I was a nervous wreck because a lot of things are going on and this is like the last thing I needed I had read their reviews so I was really kind of hesitant about contact very good he assure me that it was there and that if he needed to stay open later for me to get my vehicle an accommodate me getting it he would the amount of care the amount of professionalism that he rendered to me I really needed today and I could tell it was not over inbellished and that it was his natural attribute I had to call to confirm some things several times in each time he never was nasty he was always reassuring always avail to himself as a professional even one time when he was out working or busy so I recommend this place yes the circumstances that I was introduced to this place was not favorable for me but because of Mr Dimitri's kindness and generosity it seems to be naturally held I kind of calmed down and was able to get some things done I appreciate it more than he will know and I even recommended him to my church and other people because it's not always told for being parked wrong sometimes you're stranded in the middle of the night or something and he's the type of person that you will want to call on

Be aware and be carefull . This towing company has spotters at different location working for them as employees. They are being investigated for charging extra $$$.

Car was towed from my paid spot. My pass was in the window. Car got towed anyway. When we got to the lot the owner could see the pass in the window and let me have my car back with no charge. Would get a 1 star for the mess but gave 3 stars because they were at least stand up and honest in the long run; which these days is rare.
