DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! This is the worst delivery app I had ever experienced. Do not use this app! I ordered food and deducted from my credit card. I did not received the food but they did not refund the money. According to them the delivery guy called me but I did not answer the call due to some circumstances. What is the use of puting the complete and detailed address if they will only rely on whatsapp location sent by the customer? Can they make more effort and better system to locate the address? Are you for real?! Taking money from the people who didn’t receive what they have ordered?!

The most pathetic excuse for a delivery application. My food was ready for 20-30mins but their company rider didnt not show up at the store on time. I had to go pick the order up myself. I actually reached the store before their rider. My food also got cold by the time i had it cause of the delay by their ride Their customer service is a joke. Highly recommend not to download this app. There are way better alternative apps than this trash application.

On June 25, I ordered to Bubble Street via this app amounting to 6.300 KWD and paid via K-NET. No one from the restaurant/Katch had contacted me to inform that they had cancelled my order for no reason at all. My payment is not also refunded and have to wait for 2 weeks (11 working days!) to be returned to my account. It is so frustrating as they are cancelling your order for no reason at all & take your money & have to wait for long time & suffer, wherein your only fault as a customer is to trust their service!

i experienced that i order into restaurant i pay through my knet with 2 different restaurant. the customer agent said after 3 hrs the money i pay will refund but the truth is i dont receive the money and that day i am busy no chance to check it back. but the customer service of katch has no action. or even call of confirmation. also now they change the setting of the chat box without valid phone number u cannot chat to concern your order timing. better i will order direct to the restaurant.

DO NOT USE KATCH !!! DO NOT USE THIS APP. This is the worst delivery app I have ever experienced. I ordered food, and the amount was deducted from my credit card, but I never received my order. they refused to refund my money. When I contacted the restaurant, they informed me that the order had been ready for over two hours, but no one from KATCH had come to pick it up. I tried to reach KATCH customer care, but it was just an automated system that took over an hour to cancel my order. The customer service experience was terrible. After I finally managed to cancel the order, the delivery driver called, trying to deliver my food. Are you serious?! The worst part is that KATCH offered only 20% refund. This company is scamming people out of their money. Do not use your credit card with this app; opt for cash on delivery if you must use it. They take your money without delivering the service you paid for! But beware: if you order breakfast, expect it by lunchtime, and if you order lunch, expect it by dinnertime. Avoid this app at all costs! This is the worst delivery service in Kuwait.
