Karmel Shuttle got us to and from the airport, the pick up and drop off happened in a timely manner, and the cost was what we expected. However, there were issues with both rides. The airport pick up felt more like a mediocre ride share than a hired car service and the ride to the airport had a trainee that was on the phone when we entered the car, leading me to ask if we had somehow booked a shared car to the airport, as well as open/half consumed water bottles in the passenger area in the back. The other reviews look pretty good so these two rides may not have been the norm, but nonetheless a disappointing experience.

Karmel Shuttle helped me set up bus transportation in August for a group of 30 people to attend Angels and Dodger baseball games. The service all four days was perfect. Buses and vans arrived a bit in advance of all the scheduled times. It worked out extremely well that we had the same bus driver all four days. He was outstanding. Your coordination and willingness to work with me to arrange all the details made my job much easier. Thanks again for all your help.

Nancy picked us up from LAX and took us to our hotel in Garden Grove. We had the privilege of having her drive us 2 years ago as well. Great sense of humour and so friendly! I would highly recommend Karmel to anyone needing transport from LAX to the Disneyland area.

We recently had a great experience with Karmel shuttles between SNA and Disneyland Hotel. The drivers were on time (early) and they communicated via text. The drivers, Philip and Peter, were kind, courteous and professional drivers. We used Karmel last year, used them this year and will definitely use them in the future!
