This has been an excellent experience thus far. Came for orientation this morning and was well received, all information thoroughly explained and the staff is friendly. They offered to send a lyft to come pick me up and was accommodating from the first call. Lease terms explained fully, 2022 International LT with 163k mi, new trailer and easy to use log system. Truck was pm'd, new mattresses and both the safety staff and Ofc Manager George was very helpful. Lease terms standard 75% gross with trailer rent and cargo liability, dispatch fee inc. So far so good wish me luck everyone!

Bad company to work with. They want you to stay out on the road which is not worth it with the loads they have. I see why the have the loads they have "BAD COMPANY" You only making them money you will not make any profit. I stayed out a few weeks with them to see how much I would make and my take home profit was less than $700 for those weeks. THEY IS A JOKE LOL! YOU BETTER BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! MOST LIKELY THE GOOD REVIEWS IS EMPLOYEES THERE. A WASTE OF TIME WORKING THERE AND YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Drivers, be mindful before applying to this company. I worked for them for several months. Management is horrible! And they’ll try to lie on you after you leave. I put in my resignation with them and worked up until the date I agreed to work, they told my next employer I had an accident(no proof) and that I was fired, complained and booked my own loads. Now I was one of the top drivers there and was praised by them several times. Let me tell you all that changed when I told them I wanted to move on with a different carrier. They became the average Russians and was nasty as heck to me. I will attached what they told my current employee who thought it was funny based off my current work ethic. Please please do your research with these foreign companies… especially KDA! Now I have to pursue legal actions for defamation. The laws in Russia are not the same in America and I’m honored to show them this. Best of luck drivers. Oh and the pay was mediocre at best and the deductions are a little over $2k per week. Dispatchers have no idea what they’re doing and Dale is a terrible supervisor. Don’t take my word. Go see for yourself.
