My starter failed on a Sunday morning. They were on site within half an hour, and they got it to the garage I asked them to. Gloria was great on the office end. I cannot remember the driver's name but he was great as well. I will use them again.

If I could give them a minus 5 I would. Was contacted by kia roadside service was told they would be out within 2 hours. They left me stuck on rt 7 near berryville. The 1st time I called to see if we were getting closer to pick up I was told they were going to be awhile, I called back after 2 hours to again inquire if we were getting close to pick up and was rudely told they were in Frederick md and they weren't coming out for me call someone else. Wasted 3 hours , could have gotten someone else out. I called roadside assistance an told them never to use these people again.

My first flat in almost 10 years and I had no idea what to expect. I’d never been towed, by JT was so helpful. His coordinators were super kind and professional as they helped me navigate through my panic of a flat in a county that I wasn’t even from. They spoke with my insurance to get me to a technician was comfortable with, they even offered to do the service themselves if my guys didn’t have it. They are a “one stop shop” that offers personalized care and truly value their customers in any situation you may meet them for. I strongly recommend them, and ask for JT should you ever need anything.

Jerry From Keen's towing was not just extremely prompt he kept me updated on his arrival and was quick to respond. He was also unbelievable helpful and professional. I would recommend Keen's in a heartbeat to anyone in the area needing a tow. A+ service all the way around. It won't let me review twice But Jason from Keens is also amazing. Prompt helpful and keeps you up to date. This is hands down the best towing co pany around and I'll continue to use them as long as I can

Ladies in the front office (Gloria&Nikki) took excellent care of me with a smile and laughter. JT took good care of the caddy which is lowered and no easy task to load and off load without scrapping. Fair prices and good people.
