They were professional and communicative from the start, updating me with their eta. Everything was wrapped and care was taken when moving every piece of furniture. They took their time when navigating walls and stairwells which I was more than appreciative of. Very pleased with my experience.

I seriously can’t believe these reviews are all real, especially the good ones. If it’s an interstate move please invest in Pods services. My interstate move from Pa to Tx started on June 21 and was not completed until July 26, with many issues of course. In talking to an employee of Keep It Moving I was told,“I’ve seen it take as long as three weeks”and he saw how surprised I was and then he went on to say, “I’m not saying it’ll take that long, I’m just saying I’ve seen it take that long”. I’d be lying if I said the move didn’t start of well initially but, in the process of dealing with this company I never received one phone call only emails, even though I mentioned to them early on that would appreciate a call back. My belongings were wrapped very professionally which I was pleased with but, to see my things being moved into my new place without the same no wrapping was very surprising to say the least. Not only did I receive things that weren’t mine, which I pointed out right away, I found out after everything was moved in that I was missing my TV, all of the back pillows to my sofas and one of my sofas was damaged, the frame and headboard to my bed, an expensive lamp, and most importantly due to sentimental value my Guitar also was no where to be found. The cost to have these things replaced clearly exceeds what I paid for the services, so therefore I was not at all happy with their services and I do not recommend them under any circumstances. This company is definitely not in the business of servicing and it shows in their attitude and actions as interstate moves can be very stressful on individuals and families . I would recommend a more reputable company like Uhaul maybe because at least piece of mind is there knowing that you can track the progress of your move rather than being told a bunch of different lies. Hope this can help those looking to potentially use their services to stir clear of this company.

They were very professional with their work . They communicate very well ! They get straight to work and get the job done fast and they are very clean and also keep your things safe while transporting them and moving everything in and out of a house or even a storage unit!! I couldn’t ask for a better moving company !!

Stay away from this company they damage your furniture unprofessional charging more than they quote you and take advantage of the customer definitely one of the worst moving companies They brought a truck that was too small for the job. I provided an inventory list and photos and they told me 3 men. 2 men arrived . They don't provide a written estimate or explain how they charge. Extremely unprofessional and a RIP-OFF. COMPLAINTS TO BBB AND CPA HAVE BEEN MADE 0 RATING

Please! Read all the 1-Star reviews!!! I wish I had. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. They sub-contracted out my move to an (uninsured) company without telling me; didn't tell them the details of my move, and showed up wildly underprepared (expected a studio, was a 2bd/2bath). What should have been a move from 8a-5p took until 2am(!!!) and required me to be moving boxes all day myself to make it happen. They literally had to get a friend to come over with a pickup truck to get everything into the storage units in 3x total runs vs. 1... What a nightmare company. Regret so much having selected and paid this business. Local or not, they are horrible. I have had 7x professional moves in my life, and boy this was the worst ever. Thank god we got our stuff back, even though there was $100s in broken items and their subcontractor didn't have insurance to cover, we just are happy to be done with this hell.
