I recently worked with Jose and his team for hoisting our new sofa through our deck as it didn’t fit through our stairs and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with everything. The hoisting process can be nerve-wracking, but the crew was clearly experienced and handled everything with ease. They took the time to assess the situation, ensuring that every detail was covered before they began. Their expertise was evident as they navigated our oversized furniture through deck. Not only was the job done safely, but it was also completed much faster than I anticipated. The team was friendly and communicative. Had a very good experience with Keep Moving. They communicated well as a company. Their estimate was fair and transparent and the final price was highly consistent with what they quoted. On moving day they showed up on time. Jose and Dennis did a great job prepping the furniture to be moved and were quick and efficient in doing their job. They got the job done quicker than I anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I only went with this company because of some good reviews. Very very disappointed though. I called the night before to reserve some time for 3hrs to help my sister get out of her house she had until 9 o’clock at night to be completely moved out. It was stated to me upfront that I would be paying for the travel fee meaning the time that they leave the starting point till the time that they get to my sisters, so that was 30 minutes gone out of my three hours then I was gonna have to also pay for their travel time back to their destination, that’s another 30min lost in packing. So now there’s an hour out of the 3hrs so technically, my sister and I only had two hours to pack up her house and get her things to storage before the time was up. Her husband had a Mimi stroke a few days earlier so she had to do all this on her own. When the guys arrived they were very nice, but there English wasn’t very strong. We pointed at everything that we wanted moved (all the big stuff) they turned around and pointed at everything that we had just said maybe it was their way of verifying. They Went to their truck maybe five minutes or more later They finally came back in with their dollies, their plastic wrap and ready to go. During moving some items they nicked the front door with the dolly. I was told that these guys had 15 years of experience and they work really hard. That’s great. They did work hard but their time management was very unacceptable and slow. They were taking packing boxes out that we didn’t use. Loaded up about 8 big items and wouldn’t take a small size piano because they said it was to heavy. GREAT! By the time they finished at the house I only had 30 mins left of my 3hrs to get to storage and get unloaded. were only going 4 miles away from my sister home. Also they should have been securing everything as they were loading it instead of doing that at the very end. This was in no way worth, the $150 an hour that I spent and it turned into 4hrs due to lack of time management and not working very fast. I complained multiple times I was only given $70 off and nothing was said about the pictures I sent of the door or the picture of what they took to storage. Lesson learned is make sure these guys are fast and efficient. I could’ve hired some people that hang out at home depot always looking for work and a U-Haul truck to get it done faster than what they did and I’m just devastated, but all I could think about was helping my sister already having hard time as it was.

This has been, without a doubt, the worst moving experience I've ever had. The pickup went smoothly, aside from a minor miscommunication (which I can own up to), but everything after that has been a complete disaster. First, I was baffled to learn that the preparation for delivery didn't start until the date listed as "first date available" on my form. Why would you wait until then to even begin? Then, the lack of communication was staggering. I wasn't notified when my belongings started moving; I only found out because one of my AirTags was packed, allowing me to track it. I watched as it crossed state lines, still with no update or notification on the delivery status. Reaching out to my supposed point of contact was useless. She kept making excuses about "getting in touch with the ground team." Initially, she promised an update by the end of the day. When that didn't happen, I called again the next day, especially since my AirTag showed my stuff was just 20 minutes away. Her response? She wasn’t "sure how close the team was." How can you not know that? Aren't there dispatchers, driver contact info, or satellite tracking on DOT trucks? After voicing my frustration via email, I finally received a vague delivery window. But even as the last day of that window approached, there was still no contact from the driver until I sent another email. The driver, when he finally got in touch, was clueless about the loading dock situation and didn't know a shuttle was needed—something clearly noted on the pickup documents and supposedly being coordinated by my PoC earlier in the week. To top it all off, the "move team" that arrived was just an elderly couple who brought in all the boxes and put together my bed. They didn’t unpack any boxes or take any away, leaving me to deal with the rest of the unpacking myself—something that was clearly listed as a bare minimum in the contract, which has now been breeched. So, who exactly was the "local ground team" my PoC was supposedly in touch with if the driver didn’t even know about the shuttle? Why was there so much uncertainty about the vehicle's location? The communication here was atrocious, this experience was awful and I will be looking to pursue legal action if this is not resolved. Edit in response to the business's response: It was stated to me that the basics INCLUDED were debris removal; as someone who has relocated 4 times with professional movers, the removal of all boxes/materials has always been included and never did I expect them to put away all of my items. That's ridiculous. The standard from any company in which a FULL PACKING SERVICE is paid for (which I did) is to place all items on a flat surface and remove the boxes. That didn't happen at all with any item. I just spent the last 5 hours with a friend unpacking every sing box, breaking them down and disposing of them. Don't attempt to minimize my frustration as unreasonable with something like thinking a personal organizing service was going to be provided.
