I called about getting a trailer leveled the lady said she would get back with me on scheduling a day next week. I've called 4 times left 2 voice mails with no return call. Very poor customer service. Isn't hard to return a call.

Very difficult to get a return call from the company after was told could provide moving service for a mobile home. Took the day off work and met Mike at the site to move but was "too wet". He never would return the call to reschedule. Not sure if job was too difficult. Very poor communication. Would not waste my time with all the phone calls to try and actually talk with someone. I would find someone else.

Keith transport stays busy! Between that and weather delays you'll have to be patient getting your mobile home moved. However, they are thorough and detailed and will get the move done safely and without damaging your home! Their decades of experience in this craft is obvious.
