My wife and I were looking for some guidance on how to adapt to healthier diets. We have a toddler, which has challenged our ability to adhere to our previous efforts. Thus, we did some online research and came across Kelly Powers. Our experience with Kelly has been incredibly positive. She provided us with a series of recipes and portion size guidance based on our lifestyle needs. It was quite amazing how simple these recipes were to whip up in the kitchen, and furthermore, how delicious they were. Moreover, she was able to assess recipes we were previously using and provided some small, yet effective (and healthy) tweaks. Importantly, she checked in with us on a regular basis---and was even available if we had a quick question. Kelly is amazing! I worked with her for 3 months and can only say good things about her and her nutritional coaching. In a time where we have access to so much nutritional information (most of it conflicting) and diet culture is ever present, it's been great to work with Kelly and cut out the noise to understand what a balanced diet should look like. I can only say good things about Kelly and her nutritional coaching program - she is kind and action oriented and understood my unique nutritional needs and what I wanted to accomplish in working with her. She provided unlimited text support, personalized recipes, and answered my many questions about dining out, travel, and my nutritional needs. Her recipes are delicious, easy to make, and have helped me save money on groceries and waste less produce. I'm excited to continue to cook her Weeknight Dinners recipes and take the tools and knowledge she equipped me with in our 3 months of working together and feel confident in my nutrition going forward!
